I started Robbie Woods Lawn Cutting LLC in 2023, with one main focus. Customer service the way it was in yesteryear. My vision for the company and my values go even beyond just the customer service and making a profit. I am your neighbor who lives right here in your Clarksville community alongside you. I value making a difference in my community.

One instance…

Last year I had a customer who fell very ill. She was unable to work, manage her finances, and simultaneously combat her illness. She had no time to worry about getting her lawn cut. I, at no cost to her, took care of her lawn cutting for the rest of the year until she moved. As a business owner and a neighbor here in the community, I did the obvious next right thing, knowing being a business owner is not always about making money. I got something from doing that simple thing that money can’t buy. I made a friend at the same time.

I believe that customer service is still something that should resemble every aspect, that of yesteryear. I will always give you a fair rate for your business, simply because I appreciate it. No gimmicks or games to gouge you for more money. I want you as a customer forever and to build a relationship that goes beyond money. The price I quote for cutting your lawn will never increase for any reason.  I am dependable.

My company is growing. In 2023 I started out with the lawn cutting and weedeating and blowing everything off. Then later in 2023, I added the service of shrub trimming. Then last year, in 2024, I added another division to the company. I started doing fence work also, and that went well. This year I plan to expand with another division in the company. I will be starting a trash valet service division. The company is strong and growing. It is you, the customer, that makes this all possible. So simply put, it is you and the customer relationship that I value. I look forward to having you as one of my customers and the customer relationship that will ensue. When I consistently get new customers from word of mouth, I know that my companys values and hard work and commitment to customer service is right on track. I makes me fell good.
